System Integration

  • We specify and source equipment from trusted manufacturers and vendors, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and ongoing support.

  • Our in-house AVL techs handle the install and configuration of all components, including wiring, termination, rigging, and calibration, for optimal functionality and an amazing user experience.

Custom Control

  • We develop customized systems to simplify operation and management of your gear.

  • We program control interfaces based on your direct feedback: touchscreen panels, mobile apps, or software-based controllers to provide user-friendly access and control.

Commissioning

  • We conduct thorough testing and commissioning to verify the performance of the installed system, ensuring all products operate to the manufacturer’s specifications.

  • We test all AV components during the pre-assembly process to minimize show-stopping equipment failures, typically discovered too late on site during installation.

  • Our quality assurance measures help resolve any product issues before handing the system over to the client.

training

  • Before we hand over the keys, we partner directly with your staff and volunteers to make sure your team understands the full capabilities of the new equipment and software installed.

  • We provide comprehensive training programs and resources to educate end-users on how to operate and maintain AVL systems effectively.

  • Also included is access to the MxU platform for 1 year, the all-in-one training platform for church worship and tech teams.

Warranty + Support

  • We include a 12 month workmanship warranty for cabling, termination, and rigging installation of the AVL system.

  • We also provide 12 months of technical support to respond to questions, provide remote assistance, and dispatch onsite technicians for service calls when needed.

  • Additional extended warranties and tailored support plans are available through our Summit Care programs.
